Javá is a Lisbon venue that runs from noon to one, every day. A restaurant and a bar above the Tagus, at Praça Dom Luís I, with the river facing west. The kitchen cooks Mediterranean off the charcoal, with Levantine influence at its core: smoke, citrus, sumac, sesame, herbs, mezze meant to be shared.
