FUNDRAISING @JAVÁ x DOIS CORVOS – SUPPORTING OCEAN ALIVE

Javà & Dois Corvos joined forces to support Ocean Alive. Every beer sold contributed to the protection of seagrass meadows in the Sado Estuary and supports women in fishing communities. 
During the weekend, we sold 1,141 beers, raising €4,669.70, which will be fully donated to Ocean Alive.

4 hands dinner

A “4 Hands Dinner” is a collaborative culinary event where two chefs unite to craft a unique menu, blending their individual styles, techniques, and creativity to showcase a fusion of flavors and expertise.

4 Hands Dinner with Paco Omaña and Nazka Amsterdam

This event features our head Chef Paco Omaña, collaborating with Chef Koosh Kothari, head chef at NAZKA. Together, they will fuse Latin American and Indian flavors, creating a unique and exciting menu with creative interpretations of ceviches, shrimp dishes, and grilled seafood, all with a vibrant twist.

4 Hands Dinner with Paco Omaña and Udi Barkan

This event features Chef Paco Omaña, who is known for his innovative and diverse culinary background, collaborating with Chef Udi Barkan, a chef and nutritionist with a passion for healthy and flavorful cuisine. They challenged each other by sharing their main signature ingredients and creating unexpected and innovative combinations that will truly captivate your palate.

Pop-Up at java

The Javá Pop-Up, held at Javá’s rooftop venue at the food take-away window, offers a unique dining experience with global cuisines cooked on a charcoal grill. This series, running from July to September, blends delicious food with stunning views and a lively atmosphere.

Paloma Negra’s Mexican Delights

Under the guidance of Chef Paulina Oya, known for her tenure at Pistola y Corazon, Paloma Negra’s pop-up infused the Javá rooftop with the spirit of Mexico. Guests indulged in a variety of dishes featuring bold flavors and traditional spices, such as richly seasoned tacos, tangy ceviche, and homemade guacamole, each offering a taste of Mexico’s rich culinary heritage.

Chef Mauro Airosa’s African-Inspired Grill

Chef Airosa, who brought his talents from MasterChef to Javá, showcased a menu inspired by the diverse flavors of Africa. His dishes were a homage to the continent's rich culinary landscape, featuring robust African spices & traditional grilling techniques.
