Our endless love for grilled food and Portuguese products led us to open Rosamar early 2022. Working with fresh fish, seafood and oysters was a big challenge as it is a sensitive subject to us.

This is why we only focus on local products and put a point of honor to buy from sustainable and ethical suppliers and never work with farm-raised fish. The sea is obviously at the core of this place, but as always we thought of options for our vegetarian and vegan friends.
